ART TOS

• DO NOT USE MY ART TO MAKE NFTS
• Do not remove credit or claim you made my art
• Give credit when using my art as a pfp or elsewhere
• Ask for permission before using my art (unless it is made for you)
• Do not remove/crop out my signature
• Do not trace or recolor my art

COMMISSION TOS

• I have the right to deny any commission that I feel is out of my ability or makes me uncomfortable, and I do not have to give a reason
• Payment must be made before I start unless we have previously spoken about it
• I WILL NOT DO REFUNDS ONCE THE LINEART HAS BEEN STARTED
• I accept payment through PayPal, Cashapp, or Deviantart Points unless stated otherwise
• Please provide a clear reference for the character I am drawing
• I will provide updates when possible, but feel free to ask for one when needed
• You are allowed to use and share commissioned art as long as you give credit
• Do not rush me with commissions, especially if I have previously mentioned being busy or unable to work on it.
• I have the right to post the commissioned piece to my profile, and to use it as an example for later commissions

• Stolen ocs

DESIGN TOS

• MY DESIGNS ARE TO REMAIN ON TOYHOUSE, DO NOT DELETE THEIR TOYHOUSE PROFILES
• You are allowed to shift the hue of the original image for the character, but I’d prefer if you didn’t draw over or edit the artwork beyond that
• Redesigns/Design changes are allowed as long as it still resembles the original
• Do not resell for more than it’s worth without making or commissioning extra art
• Please wait at least 48 hours before reselling a design bought from me
• I have the right to make ocs/adopts with similar themes or colors in the future
• You can do whatever you’d like with designs you receive from me and I do not have the right to revoke them
